You agree to provide accurate contact and scheduling information and to notify us promptly if you cannot attend a confirmed appointment.

Event dates, times, locations, speakers, formats, and content are subject to change. Harbur Realty may reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary.

Harbur Realty may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, change of control, or transfer of Site operations.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented for a particular product, event, registration, transaction, or service constitute the entire agreement between you and Harbur Realty concerning use of the Site.
If an additional written agreement governs a real estate representation, listing, purchase, sale, workshop, product, or other service, that agreement will control with respect to its subject matter.
